Terms and conditions

These terms govern the relationship between Cexus as provider of Form Pilots and you as a user. Deviating terms apply only if we agree to them in writing.

Form Pilots is a technical form service. We provide explanations, filling aids and calculation aids so that you can file applications for German social benefits yourself.

The platform explains what each option means. You make the decision yourself. We do not select an option for you and we do not recommend a course of action for your individual case.

Your application is decided solely by the competent authority, for child benefit the Familienkasse. Amounts shown are guide values and are not binding.

Parts of the service require an account. You must keep your credentials confidential and tell us about any unauthorised use.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. Review generated documents before you submit them to an authority.

Paid services are shown with their price and scope before you order them. Without such a disclosure no payment obligation arises.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of withdrawal in good time. You can declare your withdrawal using the Withdraw action on the relevant case in your account area, or you can reach us via the contact details given in the legal notice (Impressum) of this service; no special form is required. When you order a paid service, you expressly ask us to begin processing before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the service has been fully performed. For services whose fee only becomes due after you have received your money from the authority, you grant a SEPA direct-debit mandate when ordering; the fee is debited from the account whose mandate you granted – as soon as the benefit has been paid out or the decision has been finally rejected. A fully completed case remains open for payment for 14 days and is then cancelled automatically; at the same time you can have at most 2 unpaid cases open. Following an effective withdrawal, we cancel the case and stop processing.

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not owe continuous availability. Maintenance windows and faults may temporarily limit access.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual duties and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may end the user relationship in the event of serious breaches of these terms.

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected.
