Employment before the birth is the precondition for parental allowance Plus and the basis of the calculation for basic parental allowance.

A parent works in another EU country, or draws family benefits from one

For example: the other parent works in the Netherlands, or the family already receives child benefit from Poland. Tick the box if this applies to your family.

Months planned for the other parent

How many of the 14 months the other parent will take. Between 0 and 14.

SEPA direct-debit mandate

I authorise Form Pilots (payee, creditor identifier DE98ZZZ09999999999) to collect the one-time SEPA direct debit for this order's fee of 199,00 €. The debit will only be taken once the benefit has been paid out or the decision has been finally rejected.

Price and payment

Fixed price: 199,00 €

Payment only becomes due after you have received your money from the authority.

The amount will be collected by SEPA direct debit from the account whose mandate you grant below — as soon as the benefit has been paid out or the decision has been finally rejected.

After completion you have 14 days to pay. After that the order is cancelled automatically.

You can have at most 2 unpaid orders open at the same time.
