Adjacent services and their limits

We do not currently offer these four services. What they would and would not cover:

• Estate settlement comprises only notifications and de-registrations, for example with authorities, insurers and contract partners. It does not include applying for a certificate of inheritance and no advice on succession, inheritance disputes or wills.
• The P-Konto service comprises only the instruction to the bank to convert the account into a P-Konto and the certificate required for it. It does not include debt or insolvency counselling.
• The Schufa service comprises only obtaining the record and correcting factually incorrect information on the customer’s instruction. It does not include disputing accurate entries.
• Contract withdrawal and complaints comprise only writing from a template and transcribing the customer’s information. They do not include assessing whether a claim exists.
