Withdrawal instructions

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of its conclusion. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cexus Systems GmbH, Baererstraße 72, 21073 Hamburg, Germany, email: support@formpilots.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal of this contract was received by us. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. If you have requested that services begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

By ordering a paid service you expressly request that we begin processing before the end of the withdrawal period and confirm that your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully rendered the service (§ 356 (4) German Civil Code). The confirmation is given via the checkbox in the order form; we store a copy of this declaration in the order for your benefit.
